We, the artists of Three Fairy Babies, bid you a warm welcome to our new joint venture. This website represents an entirely new direction for all three of us. A total change in our lives with the addition of our darling babies, and a desire to express the softer side of motherhood in the fairy world. All three of us are coming to motherhood from different perspectives.

For one of us, this is the first baby, and a totally new experience. Her heart is opening to the love of a mother for her child for the first time.

For another, this baby comes on the heels of the birth of another, who is now in the toddler stage. The change for her is not so huge, and yet, it is enormous.

For the third, this baby is an end of youth surprise, a complete starting over after her first baby has grown almost to adulthood. Her experience is similar and yet so distant as to be almost entirely new.

For all of us, we have found our hearts opening as mothers through time have done. We recognized how extraordinary that we three friends should be going through this time of our lives together, within six weeks of one another. Our creative hands find a need to paint an expression of the other creative process we have so recently gone through. With this in mind, we started Three Fairy Babies this year, the first year of our new babies lives. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have.
